About
I write about software engineering, leadership, and where the two collide. This blog is a practical guide, grounded in real experience, for people building and scaling teams in the real world—not theory.
Currently building LibLab, helping teams create better products. Before that, I led the AWS SDK teams. Earlier, I was at Facebook, working on products used by over a billion people. Before Facebook, I founded three companies across the US, Israel, and Brazil.
Outside of work, I take long walks with audiobooks, train Jiu-Jitsu (a good month means no injuries), and fly small planes. If you need a ride, bring the plane.
GLHF.
